Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong products

  • Products in unused condition with original box & tags

  • Valid unboxing video proof

Store Credit

If an exchange cannot be processed due to stock issues, we will issue Store Credit for the same amount, redeemable on any future order.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items not returned in original condition

  • Physical damage caused by the customer

  • Products without proper unboxing video evidence
